Santa’s Cave changes every year, so there is always something new to discover. Expect interactive displays, plenty of photo opportunities, a few roped-off scenes to admire, and an abundance of trees and lights. As a not-for-profit organisation, every gold coin donation helps us create new displays and refurbish old favourites.
Santa’s Shop
Santa’s Shop is filled with gifts from local makers, alongside Christmas favourites for every age. You’ll find signs, ornaments, candles, jewellery, soaps, preserves, games, stationery and our ever-popular honey biscuits. Many items are made in small batches and sell quickly, so it is worth browsing early in the season.
PLAN YOUR VISIT
Santa is in residence from 3pm to 5pm on school days and during all other opening times. If you’re visiting as a group, or would benefit from a quieter visit, email waiksantascave@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to arrange a suitable time.
ACCESSIBLE AND COMFORTABLE
The air-conditioned Cave is accessible to wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility. The renovated toilet block next door is suitable for all guests, and coaches are welcome with prior notice. On extreme heat days, please check our Facebook and Instagram pages for opening updates.
